Reviewing two documents together in a single-window PDF reader means alternating tabs and losing your place every time. This tool builds one PDF that puts the two side by side: page one of each on a sheet, page two of each on the next, with an optional divider line down the middle.

It is a reading aid, not an analysis. It will not tell you what differs — it puts the pages where your eye can do the comparing. When you want the differences found for you, use Compare for the visual ones and Compare text for the wording.

Frequently asked questions

Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. The file is opened by JavaScript and WebAssembly running inside your own browser tab. It is never uploaded, there is no server-side processing and nothing is stored — closing the tab discards everything.
Does it highlight the differences?
No — it places the pages next to each other and leaves the comparing to you. For automatic differences use Compare, which paints the changed pixels, or Compare text, which lists added and removed words.
What if the documents have different page counts?
The pairing continues as far as it can and the shorter document simply runs out, leaving its column empty. If your two documents are offset by an inserted page, the pairing will be wrong from that point on — fix the alignment first.
Is the text still selectable?
The pages are placed as page objects, so text remains text. That means you can search the combined document, which is often the reason to build one.
Why are the pages so small?
Two portrait pages on one sheet each get half the width. Print it on the largest paper you have, or read it on screen where you can zoom — that is what it is really for.
