Spreadsheets do not print well by accident. A sheet forty columns wide either shrinks to unreadable or spills across pages with no header to tell you which column you are looking at. This tool reads .xlsx, .xls, .ods and .csv, lets you choose which sheets to include, and lays each one out as a real table: column widths proportional to content, the header row repeated at the top of every page, orientation chosen automatically, and very wide tables split into bands of columns rather than squeezed.
One thing is worth knowing before you start. The converter uses the values saved in the file, not recalculated formulas. Every normal spreadsheet stores both the formula and its last computed result, so this is invisible — but a file generated by a script that wrote formulas without ever computing them will show blanks where you expect numbers. Open it once in a spreadsheet app, save, and the values will be there.

Frequently asked questions
- Is my file uploaded to a server?
- No. The file is opened by JavaScript and WebAssembly running inside your own browser tab. It is never uploaded, there is no server-side processing and nothing is stored — closing the tab discards everything.
- Why are some cells empty in the PDF?
- Almost always because the file was written by a program that saved formulas without their computed values. The converter prints what the file stores. Open the file in Excel, LibreOffice or Google Sheets, save it again, and convert that copy — the values will be there.
- My table is very wide. What happens to it?
- It is split into bands of columns, each band on its own page, with the header row repeated. That keeps the numbers legible instead of shrinking forty columns onto one sheet. The font is also reduced within reason before splitting is used.
- Are charts and cell colours kept?
- No. This is a data conversion: cell values, column structure and header rows. Charts, conditional formatting, cell fills and images in the sheet are not drawn. If the chart is the point, export it as an image from your spreadsheet app and use Images to PDF.
- Does it handle CSV files with semicolons or European numbers?
- Yes. The delimiter is detected rather than assumed, so semicolon-separated exports from European software work, and formatted values are printed as the file stores them.
