A landlord issuing rent receipts is doing the same job twelve times a year, and doing it by hand invites the errors that matter: a month skipped, a number repeated, an amount that does not match the words beside it. This tool produces a single receipt or a whole twelve-month series in one run, numbered in order, with the amount written out in words — and the words are generated properly in each of the site's eleven languages rather than translated from English.

There are Italian-specific options for the cedolare secca regime and stamp duty, because those change what a receipt has to say. It also produces a CSV log of the series, which is the part that saves you next year: a record of what was issued, with numbers and dates, ready to reconcile. It renders documents; the tax treatment of what you issue is between you and your accountant.

Frequently asked questions

Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. The file is opened by JavaScript and WebAssembly running inside your own browser tab. It is never uploaded, there is no server-side processing and nothing is stored — closing the tab discards everything.
What is the amount in words for?
It is the standard protection against a figure being altered after the fact, and many tenancy records expect it. It is generated in the language of the receipt, in all eleven the site supports, so an Italian receipt reads correctly in Italian.
What are the cedolare and stamp-duty toggles?
Italian tenancy rules: the cedolare secca regime changes what a receipt must state, and stamp duty applies to some receipts above a threshold. Turn them on only if they apply to your tenancy — they add the corresponding wording and nothing else.
What is the CSV log for?
It records the series you issued with numbers, dates and amounts. Keep it: next year it tells you which number to start from, and at tax time it is the summary you would otherwise have rebuilt by opening twelve PDFs.
Does this make my tenancy compliant?
No. It produces well-formed receipts. Whether your tenancy is registered, which regime it falls under and what you must declare are questions for your own rules and your accountant.
