Unir con marcadores
Combina varios PDF y convierte cada archivo en un marcador de primer nivel en el resultado.

Joining twenty files into one produces a document nobody can navigate: the boundaries between the original files vanish, and finding where the third supplier's quote started means scrolling. This tool merges the documents and, as it goes, writes each source file in as a top-level bookmark — so the result opens with an outline that mirrors the folder you started from.
It is the ordinary merge plus the one piece of structure that makes a long combined document usable. Everything else behaves the same way: pages keep their original geometry and quality, and the order you set is the order you get.
How it works
- Drop in the PDFs you want to combine.
- Drag them into the order the sections should appear.
- Merge — each file becomes a top-level bookmark named after it.
- Download the combined PDF and check the outline in the sidebar.
What people use it for
- Assembling a tender pack from a dozen supplier documents that a reviewer has to move around in.
- Combining a year of monthly reports into one file where each month is one click away.
- Building a course handbook out of separate chapter PDFs with a working outline.
Frequently asked questions
- Is my file uploaded to a server?
- No. The file is opened by JavaScript and WebAssembly running inside your own browser tab. It is never uploaded, there is no server-side processing and nothing is stored — closing the tab discards everything.
- What are the bookmarks named?
- After the source files, so it is worth naming the files sensibly before you start — "03 Electrical.pdf" makes a better outline entry than "scan0043.pdf".
- What happens to bookmarks the source files already had?
- The new entry per file is the top level of the result. If you need the original outlines rebuilt underneath, do the merge here and then arrange the hierarchy with the Edit bookmarks tool, which can nest entries.
- How is this different from the plain Merge tool?
- Only in the outline. Merge produces the same joined pages with no top-level entries; this adds one per file. If nobody will navigate the result, plain Merge is fine.
- Can I rename the entries afterwards?
- Yes — open the result in Edit bookmarks and rename, reorder or nest whatever you like.
