Label sheets are unforgiving: the die-cut positions are fixed, and artwork that is a millimetre out shows on every one of the twenty-four labels. This tool lays out A4 sheets against the standard Avery geometries, so the content lands inside the die-cut rather than across it. Feed it a CSV and each row becomes a label — addresses, names, product codes — or type a short list by hand.

It draws barcodes itself rather than pasting in images of them: EAN-13, EAN-8 and Code 128 are generated as vectors, complete with check digits and the quiet zone a scanner needs, so they stay crisp at any print size. QR codes and a logo are available too. What it will not do is invent a code that does not obey its standard — an EAN-13 needs its thirteen digits, and a barcode that a scanner rejects is worse than none.

How it works

  1. Choose the Avery preset that matches your label sheets.
  2. Load a CSV, or type the entries by hand.
  3. Add a barcode or QR column and a logo if the labels need them.
  4. Download the PDF and print it on the label sheets.

Frequently asked questions

Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. The file is opened by JavaScript and WebAssembly running inside your own browser tab. It is never uploaded, there is no server-side processing and nothing is stored — closing the tab discards everything.
Which Avery preset do I need?
The code printed on your label packet. The presets carry the exact die-cut geometry, so choosing the right one is what makes the content land on the label instead of over the gap between two.
Are the barcodes real, scannable barcodes?
Yes, and drawn as vectors rather than pasted as pictures. EAN-13, EAN-8 and Code 128 are generated with proper check digits and a quiet zone, so they stay sharp at any size and scan from the printed sheet.
My labels are printing slightly off.
Almost always the printer's own scaling. Print at 100% with "fit to page" turned off — a 2% shrink to fit the margins moves every label by a millimetre or two, which is enough to ruin a whole sheet.
How should the CSV be organised?
One row per label, one column per line of text. The first row can be a header. Check the preview on a few rows before printing a sheet — misaligned columns are much cheaper to spot on screen.
